Debunked: Is Jeremiah Brent from Queer Eye and his husband getting a divorce?

I have been shaken to my core by rumours that Jeremiah Brent from Queer Eye and his husband might be getting a divorce. They seem like the most wholesome pair so let’s get to the bottom of whether there’s any truth to the rumours of their divorce.

Well thankfully I can reassure you that Jeremiah Brent and his husband are not in fact getting a divorce, Queer Eye fans rejoice!

In fact their relationship seems stronger than ever after the pair got married 10 years ago in 2014. Let’s have a look at their very wholesome relationship over the years.

Jeremiah Brent and his husband Nate Berkus met in 2013 during Rachel Zoe’s birthday party, with Jeremiah later admitting he felt an “energy shift” when they started talking and instantly felt safe with him.

Less than one year after the pair started dating they took a trip to Peru and hiked to the top of Machu Picchu where Nate popped the question. They married a few months later in the New York Public Library and were the first same sex couple to get married at the iconic venue.

The pair also started their own TV show in 2017 called Nate & Jeremiah by Design which was a huge success, and in 2021 started another show, The Nate and Jeremiah Home Project. Jeremiah has also become the new fan favourite of the Fab Five in Queer Eye after taking over from Bobby Berk, and it’s safe to say he’s such an amazing cast member.

They also have two children together, Poppy and Oscar who they’ve spoken about how they “completed their lives” by being a part of their family. I’m getting all emotional.

As for whether Jeremiah and Bobby ever interacted before the switchover on Queer Eye, Jeremiah appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, and was asked where he stands with Bobby.

He admitted the pair have “never met”, adding: “I think we did a panel once together. I’m not being shady. We’ve never met… Never spoken. But I have a tremendous amount of respect for what he did when he was here and what he contributed.”
