Zaina and J.R. are singlehandedly dominating The Ultimatum’s Instagram ranking with a combined 145k followers on the platform. On his account, you’ll find an array of shirtless selfies, workout videos, and general health content. Unfortunately, besides the odd picture here and there, Zaina rarely features.
