Monica from Love Is Blind exposes what was in Stephen’s ‘calculated’ letter to her parents
He made a bizarre comment about Monica’s mum
Monica had a LOT to say to Stephen at the Love Is Blind season seven reunion that aired last week, including bringing up an apology letter he had written to her parents. Since then, the question that’s been on everyone’s minds is what was actually in the letter? Seeing as Stephen is a man of many words, the letter must have been pretty juicy. Luckily for Love Is Blind viewers, Monica has exposed what was in the letter Stephen wrote, and it was weirder than you think.
She read the letter before her parents did
On the Off The Vine podcast with Kaitlyn Bristowe, Monica revealed that she “obviously” opened the letter before her parents did, not knowing what Stephen was going to say. She also mentioned that her mum and dad “didn’t even want to read it.”
Upon reading the letter, she “immediately” knew that he’d written it so he could “bring it up” later. Once she read it to her mum, who said it was “so sweet,” she said that it “doesn’t add up to the behaviour” Stephen exhibited towards her on the show.
What did the letter actually say?
From what she could remember, the letter had an apology for letting Monica and her family down and that they seemed like wonderful people that Monica spoke very highly of. It also said that Stephen’s parents were looking forward to meeting Monica and her family but he’d “screwed up” everything.

At the Love Is Blind season seven reunion, Stephen said he felt writing the letter was the “right thing” to do, but Monica was quick to say that she “knew” he would bring it up, and accused him of only writing it so he could say he had done so.
The weirdest part of the letter
Monica recalled a very specific part of the letter that left her baffled. Stephen had written: “Mrs Davis, you seem like a wonderful person because your home decor looks like my mum’s home decor.” I’m sorry, what?!
It’s clear Monica and Stephen were far from soulmates, but she did mention that she wished Stephen had “fought” for her a little more instead of instantly leaving after his wrongdoings.
