All the celebs who have shown support to Graziano over Zara McDermott Strictly claims

‘You were always so sweet, kind, funny and thoughtful to me Graziano’

Over the last few days, it has emerged that Graziano De Prima has been sacked as a pro dancer on Strictly Come Dancing after footage emerged of his training sessions with partner and Love Island star Zara McDermott.

Earlier today Zara released a statement on Instagram where she spoke of how her “experience inside the training room was very different” and the videos of rehearsals are “incredibly distressing to watch.” The footage allegedly showed Graziano kicking, hitting and spitting at Zara and left everyone who watched it “in tears”.

But despite this, there have been a number of celebrities who have come out in support of the pro dancer. So, these are all the Strictly pros and celebrities who have spoken out in support of Graziano:

Strictly pro Nancy Xu

Nancy Xu has been a pro on Strictly since 2019. After the allegations came out, she posted a video of her dancing with Graziano to Reach by S Club 7 during the Strictly: The Professionals live tour earlier this year.

Strictly pro Katya Jones

Katya Jones is another Strictly pro to support Graziano. She liked the post of Graziano’s statement on Instagram. Katya’s ex Neil Jones, who appears on the show as a professional, also liked the post.

She added: “You are the kindest, incredibly talented, most gentle man… I’m so sorry. Sending you so much love.”

Former contestant Kelvin Fletcher

Actor Kelvin Fletcher won the show alongside former pro Oti Mabuse in 2019. He also liked Graziano’s post and commented with a love heart emoji.

In a now-deleted comment on Instagram, former contestant Susannah Constantine also shared her support for Graziano. She appeared on the show in 2018 and was partnered with Anton Du Beke but was the first to be eliminated. She said: “What the hell??? You were always so sweet, kind, funny and thoughtful to me Graziano. Be true to yourself. The cream always rises to the top. Loads of love xxxxx.”

She received lots of hate in response to her comment, with people calling it a “bad take” and has since deleted it.
