MAFS Australia 2024 might have finished a few months ago but the cast is still getting involved with some major drama with each other. If you thought what was happening on screen was messy, then just wait until you hear everything that’s happened since the show ended.

From revealing juicy details about their relationships, to unexpected feuds and some serious shade being thrown, a lot has gone down. So, here’s a rundown of all the messy MAFS Australia 2024 cast drama that’s happened since the show finished.

Just weeks after Eden and Jayden’s messy breakup she spilled some more shocking details about some of his weird behaviour immediately after leaving MAFS. This included the fact he literally refused to share a bed with Eden because of his nightly stretching routine. And no, you really can’t make this up.

During Ella and Domenica’s Sit With Us podcast, she explained she was still “holding on to hope” following the end of their relationship and thought they might reconcile. She admitted: “I was bawling my eyes out. There were a couple of things about the relationship that were different to what I’m used to,” she revealed. She added that they were working through their issues together which is why “it was really shocking to come out of the blue.”

Eden revealed that whilst she knew Jayden had to maintain a strict schedule because of kickboxing, she didn’t realise just how rigorous it would have to be. She explained: “So much to a point where he won’t share a bed at night so he likes to be able to stretch and recover. That for me was a big deal breaker almost because I’m like, I need to be able to share a bed with a partner. Bedtime, he didn’t want to stay with me and that was really concerning.” Yikes.

In an interview with Yahoo Lifestyle’s Behind the Edit podcast, Eden confessed the two have had absolutely zero contact since their post-MAFS Australia breakup, with Jayden effectively ghosting her. She revealed: “I still haven’t spoken to him. Well, I mean, he hasn’t spoken to me. I tried to speak to him after the drama but he didn’t reply, so I haven’t heard from him since then. There was an event I was meant to be going to actually at a certain venue and I saw he was there so I didn’t go.”

While she clarified she “definitely” doesn’t ever want to get back together with him, she’s “grateful” they were together during MAFS. She explained: “I was paired with someone I actually genuinely fell for which is so rare, I think, on that show. Usually, it’s a push to get through, but I feel like I was really lucky on the show and we had a really good time. I am grateful, but I also think that it served its purpose and our ship’s sailed, that’s for sure. I just think that the disrespect I received afterwards, I couldn’t take someone back after that. Especially when he didn’t apologise.”

There’s a lot of information to digest here so hang tight. Earlier last month fans spotted that two MAFS Australia cast fan favourites might be majorly feuding. It appeared that Timothy had blocked Lucinda and both had deleted all their joint pictures together, seemingly out of the blue. Timothy posted the first video subtly alluding to what went down in their friendship.

In the video, Timothy explained: “We sign up on a contract [on MAFS] where you get to see everything in our life, nothing is off limits. That’s the authenticity, If you stick with it, and let everyone see everything the show can be a really positive thing. So whatever has happened behind the scenes, I’m always going to keep that private.

“And in regards to the online articles about jealousy and about this they are all off the mark. But in saying that I will keep ‘why’ private. There are only three or four people that know. And that’s where I’m going to leave it. I wish Lu all the best in the future and there is no question that sometimes people’s paths take different directions. And that’s where it is.”

Lucinda then confirmed he was the one to block her first and broke her silence on the whole fiasco by releasing a hefty statement about their friendship on Instagram. She wrote: “In regards to the comments and blocking Tim has done~Conscious, clear and kind communication would have been my preference. If I’d offended Tim, I would have loved a phone conversation toward resolve.

“A couple of times I’ve confided in other cast members about genuine processes I’ve had since the show and behaviours that have upset me. I’m sure I’m not alone in that, we all need to process and share. Going on a reality TV show has been a huge experience and in many ways, I’m still processing it. In my heart, I’ve always held Tim with understanding and compassion. I take responsibility for any hurt I may have caused by sharing my feelings and hurts. There are no hard feelings on my end and I still hold a lantern of hope for our friendship. Ho’oponopono ~ I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You, I Love You.”

“I appreciate the feedback from any cast members or anyone that feels I’ve upset Tim in any way, certainly not my intention. If Tim doesn’t know what I stand for from the months of hanging out then there’s nothing I can do about that. I only wish Tim all the love & success. This is the last I’ll say on this piece, I’ve said what I have to say. I want to get on with my life~ I’ve got lots of love to share and I believe Tim does too. Everyone’s just trying their best in this one precious life and I for one don’t want to spend my energy and time in war, with anyone.”

Timothy fired back, revealing he gave her “eight chances” to save their friendship but ultimately he thought the show changed her. Speaking to Yahoo Lifestyle, Timothy revealed that whilst he had hoped they would stay friends after the show finished, he noticed “Lucinda was a little different to who he had been married to during filming. The cameras do that to people. Lucinda may have buckled under the pressure with so many people wanting a piece of her.” He added that he “didn’t walk away easily” from their friendship, but felt like “eight chances was enough.”

He described how he didn’t want to become a “pawn” in untrue storylines, saying: “Hearing bits and pieces that were untrue, stuff that was twisted, that has been disappointing. I think some people, and I am not just saying Lucinda, but some people have let this spot of notoriety go to their head and I didn’t want to go down that path. The show is over, I had a good time but I really want to go back to my normal life and be me again without the lens of that TV show. People have become their characters and that is a dangerous path to go down. You can lose yourself.”

The drama never stops with these two. In a recent clip Tim shared to his Instagram story he showed a car sticker which said: Warning: 100 per cent b*tch”, which he said reminded him of “someone.”

Sara then responded to the video which she thought was about her. She explained: “Imagine being out of a relationship for months, but still thinking about me, still including me in your Reels, still including me in comments and making subliminal messages about me. You’re not over it. Time to move on, sweetie, because I have.” It’s heating up!

The feud continued in the comment section with Tim replying to her: “You know what is crazy, I actually never mentioned anyone. It seems like everyone is projecting their own thoughts onto my reel,” he wrote, with Sara later replying: “Pls it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. You knew what people would think and your replies to people’s comments about it say otherwise. Don’t be spineless – be a man and say it like it is. Don’t try to backtrack and say it wasn’t about me.”

She added: “I will continue to put energy into calling out bad behaviour. You do not call females b*tches & you should give your gf the respect she deserves by not taking a dig at me in your videos or mentioning an ex at all in a video meant to be cute [with] her. The internalised misogyny and fragile masculinity this is giving is beyond.”

Another MAFS Australia cast member joined the fray, with Eden sharing her thoughts on the whole situation. She wrote: “Wait a minute… So Sara can call Cass a c**t, Lauren can call Jono a snake, dog, c**t (to name a few)… Lauren can refer to Jono as a rat on TikTok but that’s funny & light-hearted. It’s only unacceptable & wrong when @timcalwell does it? The double standards are laughable.”

And he revealed their relationship was so ‘horrible’ it ‘scarred’ him

Chatting with former MAFS brides Ella and Dom on their Sit With Us Podcast, Tim spilled all about what he really thought about his relationship with Sara. Speaking of how they struggled right from the beginning of their honeymoon, Tim said: “I think her approach was like… she wanted to make sure I was perfect before she would try and let down her walls. I don’t want to put all the blame on her, but there was a lot of stiffness from her end.”

He called the first two months “horrible” and said a lot more happened behind the scenes. Tim added: “The first two months were horrible, and you saw stuff on camera, like imagine what happened off camera!” Tim said that on reflection he thinks their relationship was never going to work out because Sara was “just after someone who is unavailable.” He added he has “been a bit scarred by the whole experience.” Mood.
