Police make arrests following firearms incident last week
Two men have been arrested in connection with the firearms discharge on Patterdale Road and Ennerdale Close
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of possession of firearms with intent.
The arrest happened on February 1st.
The police arrested Jason Singleton, age 31, and Sean Corless, age 38.
Earlier this week Lancaster Area Police appealed for information to find the two men, after gunshots were discharged on Patterdale Road and Ennerdale Close at around 10:30pm on January 25th.
A car was found on Ennerdale Close with damage consistent with a firearm being shot. A short time later a BMW was found off Meldon Road in Heysham after it was driven from the scene following the incident. The car is believed to have been stolen from a property in the Bay Horse area the same night.
Lancaster Area Police posted on Facebook saying, “We are continuing to appeal for CCTV, doorbell footage and dashcam footage from the area around the time of the offence.”
