Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, was on campus today AND YOU MISSED IT
She presented Anne, the Princess Royal, with an honorary degree
Camilla, who is Chancellor of the University of Aberdeen, was at Aberdeen uni today to award her sister-in-law, Anne, the honorary degree.

According to ITV, Anne has been involved with over "300 charities, organisations, and military regiments", which Camilla is awarding her the honour for.
Professor George Boyne, our principal and vice-chancellor, said honorary degrees are awarded to "people who have made exceptional contributions to the service of others". Both Professor Janet Darbyshire and the Denis Law Legacy Trust also received the honour for their work in disease prevention and "outstanding service to the community", respectively.
Camilla will also be going to Banchory Sports Village to formally open it.
