Cyclist hit by car outside Loughborough University
Police were called to the incident on Epinal Way Wednesday evening
Wednesday night at 9.16pm officers were called to a serious incident on Epinal Way, which has left a cyclist in a critical condition.
The cyclist was travelling towards the roundabout when the collision with a black Honda Civic occurred.
The cyclist was taken to the Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham. He has sustained serious injuries but is now said to be in a stable condition.
Leicestershire police are now appealing for witnesses.
