Meet the Fight Night competitors
‘It’ll be a one punch wonder’
In the run up to the annual Brookes’ Fight Night, The Tab spoke exclusively to the boxers at their weigh in. There was trash talking and tactical tips disclosed between the men competing this evening, and we asked them to sum up how they think their fight will go.
Chet Changan, announcer
We started off with the announcer who said he was “really excited about the event”, and although it is “all about the boxing” he will have to “stay away from being my rude self”. Each fighter will be introduced with some background information, accompanied with seven to eight questions before the weigh in. “There will be a few digs here and there to get everyone in the mood.” Chet hopes everything “runs smoothly” on the night.

“It will go all the way to the end. I’m expecting a lot of big blows.”

“Obviously I want to win. There is no doubt in my mind I am going to win.”

“I’m really undecided, It could go either way.”
