This is the first of a weekly feature presenting, as the title suggests, the best bolters in Exeter. If “to bolt” hasn’t made its way into your pigeon vocab, it is a colloquial term used in Exeter in conjunction with the drinking of beverages – as opposed to words such as down, delete and chop.
