Guys, Gary Barlow’s son isn’t even tall, the Take That singer is just really small

Everyone is talking about Gary Barlow’s ridiculously tall son, but it turns out he’s not actually that big at all.

Daniel Barlow has gone mega-viral after a picture the Take That singer shared on his Instagram Story back on Father’s Day resurfaced online, which shows the 24-year-old looming over his father.

Gary’s head only goes up to his son’s shoulder, and people are sharing all sorts of hilarious memes about him having to use big straws, kicking massive rugby balls and using a huge PlayStation controller.

However, the 24-year-old isn’t even tall. Gary’s just really small.

How tall are Gary Barlow and his son?

Daniel Barlow is believed to be 6 foot 2, which is a pretty normal height for a man. It’s on the taller side, but you’ll find plenty of guys that height walking around and it’s nothing out of the ordinary.

Gary on the other hand is 5 foot 7. Yes, that’s three whole inches smaller than the average UK male height of 5 foot 10. Look, obviously he’s not teeny tiny, but technically he is a lot smaller than his son.

In the picture, which quickly has become one of the biggest memes of the year, the pair are standing with Gary’s wife of 24 years, Dawn and their 15-year-old daughter Molly who are both shorter than the Take That singer.

So, Daniel is the only tall one in the family.

Someone joked on X: “Gary Barlow’s son is scared, he doesn’t know why he’s so big.”

“He’s looking down on all the other little Barlows thinking ooo why am I so massive,” said another.

A third person said: “Gary put him in a high-yield offshore account for a few years and he just grew and grew.”

I know what you’re thinking. Why did I never notice that Gary is so small? Well, it’s probably because the rest of Take That aren’t exactly blessed in the height department either.

As explained by Capital, Mark Owen is even shorter at 5 foot 4, while Howard Donald and Jason Orange are 6 foot. The tallest is Robbie Williams at 6 foot 1!

When you see them standing on stage next to each other, they all look quite similar and the tall ones will usually stand at the back to make it less obvious.

Plus, unless you’ve ever actually met a celebrity in real life, it’s pretty difficult to gauge their height. People look so different in photos.
