Chelsea admits she actually asked production to set up the scene with Bre on Selling Sunset

One of the biggest points of tension during this season of Selling Sunset is between Chelsea and Bre, after Bre told her on camera that she’d discovered her husband had been cheating on her.

In case you need a little refresher on all the drama, Bre told her co-star Amanda Lynn that she’d allegedly seen Chelsea’s husband with another woman. Bre was unsure about whether to tell Chelsea about the information but eventually, the two met up.

Chelsea got down to business immediately with some viewers confused as to why she created the way she did, but she’s since clarified she already knew about the rumours and asked production to set up the meeting between herself and Bre.

In a series of tweets, Chelsea clarified the situation between her and Bre on Selling Sunset. She admitted: ” Outside of filming Amanda contacted Bre about ‘tea’ – while filming, Bre orchestrated a fake call during her showing which “led to a sit down scene with Amanda” …in other words: she set this scene up with production, already knowing said tea to bring it to tv.

“I hear what is swirling while filming, and I ask production to set up a scene with Bre. I did this so she could tell me directly, so that it’s not past around to a trillion people before me. Hope this helps!”

Since the show has aired, Chelsea and Bre definitely aren’t on good terms, as she claims Bre tried to ‘take’ her ‘down’ with Amanda, writing: “Never met the Amanda girl a day in my life but her & Bre in her words wanted to ‘take me down.’ I took the scene because it was already a storyline. It was all premeditated, I just handled it the best way I could.”
