I’m confused, so what exactly is Jack’s job while living in Guernsey after Love Is Blind UK?

Jack has left us all pretty confused with exactly what his job is now he lives in Guernsey with Faye, as shared on the Love Is Blind UK season three reunion. During the show, he was working as a chef at The Watering Hole pub in Perranporth, Cornwall, where he grew up.
It turns out Jack and Faye regularly go travelling and currently live at his parents. He explained how, while he lived in Cornwall, he’d be a man of all trades, whether it was working as a chef or as a builder in London, which meant he was having to do lots of travelling around.

He’s moved to Guernsey to be with her while they figure out what they want to do, essentially. As of June, his latest update on a job was him working on a building site in London, but it doesn’t appear as though he still has a cooking job at The Watering Hole anymore.
Guernsey is a tax haven on a tiny island with very restrictive planning laws, including laws on who can actually buy houses there. So while he juggles jobs like building projects, Faye is working as an executive assistant and even runs her own clothing brand.

They plan on moving to London in the future, and starting a family. But for now, Jack continues to make his living by doing construction work. He said at the reunion: “I have got a tour of Cornwall to take her on, because we have not been down to Cornwall yet.”
“So I have got lots of friends and places to take Faye to put a place to a name, to show her off around my home town,” he added, and even spoke of their travels they went on straight after the show. Jack said: “We solo travelled, so just us two, throw yourselves in the deep end.”
