Mayci Neeley’s gummy company forced to issue apology after ‘ghosting customers for months’
'This went unnoticed for longer than it should have'
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Mayci Neeley‘s gummy company, Babymama, has been forced to apologise after they were accused of ghosting their customers for months. The company admitted their support team “weren’t fulfilling their responsibilities.”
Since July, the official brand’s Instagram account had been inactive, until their recent apology. People who had signed up to a subscription to buy gummy products from the company claimed they were being ignored when they were sending in complaints.
The brand has now written: “We owe you an apology. Over the past few months, our customer service hasn’t met the standards you deserve, and we want to address this directly. Babymama is a very small operation – just a team of two behind everything you see.”
They claimed they’d brought on a support team to help with the product demand, and, “during a time when our CEO Mayci was in her postpartum period, this went unnoticed for longer than it should have. We take full responsibility for the oversight.”

Although we haven’t seen much about Mayci’s company on the Hulu show, she has revealed there was a Babymama event she said wasn’t shown in season three that she really hoped would make the cut, even though there was huge demand for the gummy products.
One person who bought an auto-ship subscription has claimed the company took over a month for them to reply to her and cancel her subscription. The brand sells three different types of gummies, including postnatal, perinatal and women’s reproductive health gummies.
More recently, Mayci promoted a vitamin gummy made by wellness brand, Ritual, and everyone was left really confused about what happened to Babymama. She launched the brand before she appeared on SLOMM, and therefore people think she’s just too busy.
