Braxton defends himself for not attending any of Alix Earle’s DWTS performances

Braxton Berrios has finally broken his silence on not attending a single DWTS performance that his now ex-girlfriend Alix Earle did whilst on the show.

He came under a lot of criticism during the show for not being there, and didn’t even appear during the finale, where Alix and Val came second overall, instead sending in a video message.

He said during the message: “I’ve watched you pour everything into this since the moment it has started, and I think it shows. Good luck. Have fun, babe.”

Braxton posted some pictures of himself on Instagram with the caption: “What did I miss?”

And people certainly took the opportunity to tell him exactly what he’d missed.

One person wrote: “Every single performance of Alix’s,” to which Braxton replied: “I would’ve been at every one if I could’ve, sadly I can’t travel like that in season.”

Another person commented a similar viewpoint, writing: “Every single one of Alix’s shows…”

And Braxton once again defended himself, responding: “I would’ve loved to be. Sadly I wasn’t able to travel like that in-season.”

Either way, the pair have now split up, as whilst their split was heavily speculated upon during DWTS, a source confirmed to Us Weekly their relationship is over.

The source claimed that the “majority of their relationship was long-distance and it was hard for them to navigate” and that “they mutually agreed on the split.”
