Yesterday, the official Disney Studios account on TikTok posted a promo video for the Freaky Friday sequel. The short clip showed Jamie Lee Curtis encouraging people to see the film. Simple enough, right? Apparently not, as the video has sparked conversation across social media, getting over 10 million views in a day.

Everyone is freaking out because in the video, Jamie Lee Curtis is wearing an edgy low-cut jumpsuit, similar to the style of Anna in the original Freaky Friday movie. Her signature style is usually more modest, so this new look shocked everyone. The video has over 20k comments, with everyone stunned.

“Where did THOSE come from,” one comment with over 300k likes said.

“Don’t ask me the colour of anything…” said another.

At 66 years old, the Oscar-winning actress has featured in a lot of childhood favourites. Many of us remember her for her more motherly roles, such as Tess Coleman in the original Freaky Friday film. This new promotional video reveals a side to her we don’t often get to see.

Jamie Lee Curtis has always been hot. People are pulling out some of her older roles, such as Helen Tusk in True Lies and Wanda Gershwitz in A Fish Called Wanda. These classic films had her playing lead love interests, and the hotel room dance scene in True Lies is iconic.

While there are rumours circulating that she recently had a boob job, there’s no proof of this. She’s previously talked about her plastic surgery regrets from when she was in her mid-20s in an interview with 60 Minutes. As an up-and-coming actress, she was already facing pressure to look her best at all times.

“That’s just not what you want to do when you’re 25 or 26. I regretted it immediately and have kind of, sort of regretted it since,” she said. At this point in her career, she feels completely different about plastic surgery.

“I’ve become a really public advocate to say to women, ‘You’re gorgeous and you’re perfect the way you are’.”
