The villainous reason for Julia-Ruth’s personality switch in MAFS, in her own savage words

As told through the format of a music video, ofc

When Julia-Ruth joined MAFS UK at the start of season 10, she was this bubbly, joyful ball of energy who was as nerdy as her soon-to-be husband, Divarni. But as we’ve seen more recently, and as was painfully clear in Sunday night’s dinner party, the dancer is now very much in her villain era.

Just days into their MAFS UK marriage, it became glaringly obvious that Divarni and Julia-Ruth were not making it to the end of the experiment. With each subsequent episode that theory was hammered home, and during last night’s dinner party, things took a particularly explosive turn.

Though explanations from the cast members have become predictable after each episode drop, Julia-Ruth took a unique approach this month when she dropped a music video-style reasoning of her behaviour. She teased that it was only part one, and now part two has dropped.

MAIN COURSE PT 2: I had enough!✋🏾 You’re damned if you do you’re damned if you don’t. The outcome was always gonna be the same , be quiet ( end up the main course ) defend myself ( end up the main course ) say sorry ( end up the main course ) What else is there to do but be the villain? Sorry was never gonna be enough. Welcome to my feast, hope you enjoyed every bite. We move onto dessert next…🤍 See you soon?… #mafs #mafsuk #mafsjuliaruth #dinnerparty #villain @Adam Brazier 🎥

Set to Bludnymph’s song FEAST, Julia-Ruth was sitting on the sofa when MAFS expert Paul C Brunson came knocking at the door with an invitation – I’m assuming this part was AI, because there’s no way Paul was getting involved with this mess. The camera then switched to “Juicy-Roo” in lingerie as she danced on a spinning platform surrounded by food. Basically, it was her saying she ate up the dinner party.

As if the music-video statement was not jarring enough, the MAFS bride then smothered herself in food as she gorged on what appeared to be cake, chicken wings, whipped cream, and bread.

While the video itself did not explain her behaviour, in the caption, she detailed what happened to the old Julia-Ruth.

“I had enough!” she wrote. “You’re damned if you do, you’re damned if you don’t. The outcome was always gonna be the same, be quiet (end up the main course), defend myself ( end up the main course), say sorry ( end up the main course). What else is there to do but be the villain? Sorry was never gonna be enough. Welcome to my feast, hope you enjoyed every bite.”

Look, she might be messy as hell, but kinda loving the unapologetic Julia-Ruth. Sue me.

After last night’s episode blew up, Julia-Ruth posted a lengthy statement to her Instagram, and no, she did not apologise. Instead, she defended her behaviour and addressed her husband’s silence.

“Divarni is a 30-year-old man, also very opinionated and can speak for himself except when in front of the group… smart move,” she said.

“No-one forced the man to write stay, I think a free holiday with the boys sounded like more fun, especially since no new news was revealed. So the 180 was wild to me four hours into arriving at the retreat. Anyway all will be revealed soon. Enjoy tomorrow CC.”
