Nominations are open for Glasgow’s ultimate BNOC 2025

As the academic year draws to a close and exam season looms ever closer, there’s only one thing more important than your grades: Glory. And what better way to achieve it than by becoming Glasgow’s BNOC 2025?

For those still living under a rock (or just stuck in the library since January), BNOC = Biggest Name On Campus. Think: The person who somehow knows every single person in Bamboo, the mysterious legend who added you on Instagram after Freshers’ and never left your orbit, or that girl who’s been on your TikTok FYP more than your actual friends.

It might be your flatmate who can’t make it across campus without stopping for five conversations. Or maybe it’s that guy from your tutorial who’s weirdly in everyone’s BeReal. Maybe it’s the guy who pulls half of Murano every Thursday. Or maybe… just maybe… it’s you. And if it is? You should absolutely nominate yourself. We support shameless self-promotion here.

• Glasgow Uni: We know you think you’re too intellectual for this, but your Hive pics say otherwise – nominate yourself.

• Strathclyde: Strathy, stop lurking in the gym group chat and claim your clout crown already.

• Cali: Yes Cali, dont be shy now, get out the smoking area and into the spotlight – we know you love attention.

• GSA: You dress like the main character, so own it – it’s BNOC season.
