Body language expert exposes how Sara really felt in that awkward Love Is Blind church visit

I think we all cringed after watching Ben and Sara attend church in a tense episode of Love Is Blind this weekend, but nobody hated it more than Sara. She just looked so… uncomfortable. It was definitely a test of their relationship, and now viewers are questioning whether they’ll say I do at the wedding at all. A body language expert has confirmed to The Tab what she was really thinking about it all, and it doesn’t sound convincing.

Body language expert Jennifer Han from UKWritings.com explained that the way she was sitting in the church with “brief facial expressions” indicated she was “dealing with conflicting emotions while trying to maintain composure.”

“The occasional way she turns her body away from Ben suggests she may feel either uneasy or uncertain. She keeps eye contact throughout but the variable duration and strength of it show emotional processing instead of total engagement,” Jennifer noted.

She also picked up on the “slight tension in her jaw” and her “measured blinking” which both suggest a “hidden nervousness or discomfort.”

Despite wearing a big shiny engagement ring, Jennifer explained that the proximity of her hands close to her body along with “fidgeting behaviour” indicated “self-comforting” actions or “a display of doubt.”

“Any moment when she leans in demonstrates her willingness to connect despite reservations she may hold. Being in a church setting provides context because it encourages reflection which may intensify her current emotions,” she said.
