The most jaw dropping post show transformations from the unrecognisable MAFS UK 2024 cast

Whilst MAFS UK 2024 only finished just last week for us viewers, for the cast filming ended around the end of February and the start of March, with the reunion being filmed in April. That means there’s been over eight months for the MAFS UK 2024 cast to go through some pretty serious transformations and completely switch up their look.

From bleach blonde hair to major progress in the gym, there have been a lot of astounding post show transformations from the MAFS UK 2024 cast, so let’s find out what everyone has done!

Sacha

Sacha’s hair went through a lot whilst she was on MAFS UK, as she even admitted that at certain points her extensions weren’t looking their best.

In fact, Sacha even issued a formal apology statement about her hair during the MAFS reunion, saying: “As the reunion episode airs tonight I want to remind you all that we all make mistakes and no one is perfect.

“I know I will be judged and all I can do is deeply apologise in advance to viewers and ask for forgiveness… for that hair! No idea what I was thinking!”

However, since leaving the show her hair has undergone quite a change as she’s had some absolutely gorgeous bangs cut and they suit her so much. It very much gives Sabrina Carpenter vibes and I’m beyond obsessed.

Stephen

Stephen has also had a massive hair change and has gone completely bleach blonde and it’s giving Jamie Laing. He also mentioned in his story that he was visiting Ascot Dental Suite to “fix his smile.”

Whilst he didn’t specify exactly what he’s getting done it seems they specialise in cosmetic dentistry work such as Invisalign and composite bonding so he could be getting either of those done.

He also got another tattoo done since leaving the show, although it was done in different parts as it was so large and covered the majority of his neck and back.

Polly

Holly has also had a stunning hair transformation, getting gorgeous extensions and highlights put in, and she’s also been very open about her fitness journey since leaving the show.

Holly explained on her Instagram that she’d been focusing on her fitness since the end of March and has currently lost around two stone by “upping water intake, eating less and exercising more.”

Sionainn

Iconic cast member Sionainn also had a huge transformation after MAFS UK 2024 and dyed her hair a stunning shade of maroon alongside getting extensions. It suits her so much and I’m actually beyond obsessed.

Adam

Adam is yet another cast member to have a new do, as his trademark monk style bowl cut is long gone and has been replaced by something with more volume to it!

Just like Polly, Adam has also been focusing on fitness since leaving the experiment proudly announcing he’s lost two and a half stone since focusing more on the gym.
