These are the MAFS UK 2024 cast’s actual jobs, according to their very serious LinkedIns
Emma is secretly a corporate girlboss
Weirdly enough, all the MAFS UK 2024 cast do have actual lives beyond entertaining us each evening with their constant drama. We dug around on their LinkedIns to figure out what they’re all doing with their lives.
Emma
Emma is such a LinkedIn hack. She actually pays £21 a month for Linkedin Premium. Emma has over 500 connections – the stuff that finance students’ dreams are made of.
Emma got a job about six months ago (pretty much straight after she finished filming MAFS) at Big Roar – the same real estate company where Richelle is head of investment operations. Emma is now a senior investments manager there.
Her bio reads: “Having spent over 10 years across customer service and sales, I bring a refreshing genuine consultant approach to products. When speaking about investments, I look forward to building a portfolio that suits you as and individual, and your investment goals. You’ll see me share content on the products we’re working on, along with usually some running / football content!!”
It’s safe to say that Emma’s got the LinkedIn lingo sorted.
Emma is a frequent LinkedIn poster. She’s practically written her own autobiography on there. She studied business at the University of the West of England from 2004 to 2008. She then did a year long internship at a company called Enterprise Rent-A-Car way back in 2013, then worked her way up through the ranks of the company.
Hannah
Most Read
Hannah runs her own business, so it’s not surprising that she’s a very active LinkedIn user. Her bio explains that she runs “health, fitness and wellness studios in the heart of Altrincham offering a wide range of personalised services to help everybody discover their very own Project & achieve their goals.”
After nosily digging through Hannah’s LinkedIn, I can inform you that she went to the posh all-girls private school Manchester High School for Girls, then studied business management at the University of Birmingham. She worked in PR for a while, then quit the day job to become a fitness coach.
In 2021 she opened her own gym in the Manchester area called This Is Project You.
Luke
Luke certainly has the gift of the gab, and his LinkedIn proves it. His bio sounds like a TED Talk. It says, “I am an energetic and highly motivated person. A passionate curriculum manager dedicated to empowering young offenders. Committed to fostering skills that facilitate successful reintegration into society. Championing education as a tool for transformation and giving a voice to those seeking a second chance. As a former semi-professional bodybuilder, representing Malta has allowed me to travel to many parts of the world for events and fitness shows, meeting new people worldwide and forming new connections.”
This man really has lived a hundred lives. He studied at the University of Kent and the University of Malta then went through the untried and untested career path of fitness instructor to holistic masseuse to bodybuilder to special education primary school teacher to shirtless club performer to organising the educational curriculum at a Youth Correctional Facility.
Polly
Polly has one of the smaller LinkedIns out of the MAFS UK 2024 cast. Her career has been somewhat… eclectic. She gives the vibes of someone who works to live instead of lives to work. She went to uni, then became an entertainer for holiday companies. She quit that to go to drama school. Guess she is qualified to be a complete drama queen? Her acting career doesn’t seem to have really taken off, because she became a school careers advisor instead. In 2023 she decided to live in Australia, and ended up working in a betting shop. Now she’s back in the UK and has a job at a loans company called Lendable.
Her bio says, “Highly skilled and efficient administrator with excellent communication and customer service skills, acquired from working in Secondary and Higher Educations. Experience in customer facing, fast paced environments and aided by a Performing Arts degree. Holding a level of computer literacy and extended and applicable knowledge in Microsoft and other software systems to manage data and produce reports. Aiming to always bring a positive attitude and continuous skill development to a role, using diligence, initiative and a proactive approach to contribute to the ongoing success of the company.”
Richelle
Richelle is officially the most accomplished LinkedIner from the MAFS UK 2024 cast. She has over 500 connections. You can tell from her LinkedIn that she’s a proper corporate girlboss in London. She’s now the head of investment operations at Big Roar, the same property investment company where Emma suddenly got a job after MAFS.
She’s the only one of the MAFS UK 2024 cast to not have a bio on her LinkedIn – I guess she’s got so much experience that it’s sort of self-explanatory what she does? Or she was too busy laying into Orson to write one?
