Polly says she’s ‘mortified’ after watching MAFS back and admits she’s ‘ashamed’ of herself
‘It was awful. I do not condone that behaviour’
Many MAFS UK viewers have been cringing at the massive arguments on the show in 2024, and apparently Polly feels the same way.
The MAFS UK bride Polly has definitely been part of her fair share of arguments. When she’s not rowing with her acorn-haired husband Adam, she’s been arguing with Alex, hating on Hannah and getting unnecessarily involved with the chaos that was Eve and Charlie’s relationship.
Polly told BBC Radio Kent that she struggles to rewatch some of the conflict. She said, “Watching it back, I have been absolutely mortified, I cannot deny that. I can’t sit here and say I don’t think I did anything wrong. It was awful. I do not condone that behaviour.”
She claims that her time in the experiment taught her to deal with drama differently. “I definitely have learned that there are ways of going about things to solve conflict, and I know that me being like a dog with a bone isn’t the best way to go about things.”
Polly has been rather quick on the show to offer opinions on other people’s relationships, but not going to lie, I loved watching her put Alex in his place.

Polly also revealed on the radio that she has zero plans to move from Maidstone in Kent to Adam’s home in Nottingham – maybe hinting that the couple are no longer together in real life? She joked, “There’s no coastline. I have to be near a body of water. I am a water baby.” Polly did also put her wedding dress from MAFS UK 2024 up for sale on Vinted for £1,800, which doesn’t exactly scream “I’m happily married now”.
