Right, so what on earth is the story behind that viral cursed Temu pig shirt on Twitter?
I physically cannot get away from it
Right, I’m pretty sure by this point if you’ve so much as spent 0.2 seconds on Twitter over the weekend you will have either been subject to or seen memes aplenty about the insane advert for the viral Temu pig shirt. When I tell you I too could not escape it, I would scroll and it would be there, haunting me in all its pig in a what seems to be a sauna glory. Truly cursed.
But let’s get down to the details of how everyone became painfully aware of the Temu pig shirt, as well as whether you can actually buy it from their website now.

The Temu big shirt first started gaining attention on Twitter when everyone realised that they were all getting extremely repetitive ads for the item of clothing. And I’m not just talking a couple here and there, I mean literally a pig ad every four tweets. It was intense to say the least.
As for whether you can purchase this monstrosity for yourself, whilst Temu has discontinued some of the pig shirts, we can all breathe a sigh of relief as you can still buy it from their website.

In fact, Temu offers you not one, but two listings of the exact same cursed pig shirt which I’m sure the entirety of Twitter will be overjoyed to hear about. It can be bought for either £4.49 or £7.69 down from £29.99. Now that’s what I call a bargain.
It’s the number six best selling item from the provider and after all those ads describing it as “stylish” I can really see why. Nothing says class like this shirt does.
The shirt currently has a 4.6 start rating with one happy customer writing: “Fantastic quality. Excellent price. Fits very well. Would order again no problem at all.” And yes, there are some actual pictures of people wearing this shirt in the wild.
Terrie Symonds wrote: “Totally smashed our shit t shirt night on Turkey”, and attached a picture of herself and friends wearing some truly cursed items of clothing.
The slightly more expensive listing has 4.8 stars, so clearly the extra price really gives off that quality feel. One woman commented: “Got this as bad taste but decided to give hubby! He likes. Good fit. Nice material.” Well, there you have it really.
And of course, there are yet more photos of delighted customers sporting perhaps one of the ugliest designs on a shirt I’ve ever had the misfortune of seeing.
And in case Temu runs out of stock fear not, as you can get your hands on the pig shirt from AliExpress where it’s being sold for just £3.99 down from £8.14, which is 54p less than what Temu was selling it for. You’re welcome.
