Twitter has brutally rematched all of the Love Is Blind UK couples and it has a point

Catherine and Sam actually make the perfect chaotic match

So, the Love Is Blind UK weddings finally aired, and it’s safe to say there were some serious surprises over which couples said I do. However, X (formerly Twitter) users haven’t held back giving their opinions on the couples that ended up together, and which ones left Love Is Blind UK in the wrong pairing. Many have taken to the platform to argue that some of the contestants should have been rematched differently, and to be honest I can actually see why. Here’s a list of the main contenders:

Demi and Freddie

Demi and Freddie have both been labelled the “kind souls” of the show by people on X, so I can definitely see these two together. It makes sense because Demi definitely gives chill Saturday night vibes, and that seemed to be such a huge factor to Freddie. It’s a shame we didn’t get to see much interaction between the two in the pods at all.

Natasha and Tom

This is a pretty controversial one, but to be so real I can see it. It was pretty obvious that Tom was super judgy of Maria and his talk with Natasha may have swayed his decision. Maria definitely dodged a bullet – I don’t think they were a good match. However, viewers seem to think Tom may have already reached out to the missed connection before the show’s Netflix debut.

Sam and Catherine

This is actually such a chaotic match and I’m not sure I could see it happening IRL, but X users seem to think that they both have enough red flags to make each other happy. Also, Sam literally posted this TikTok where he pretended to ring up Catherine. Maybe it’s a more viable option than I thought.

However, this TikTok makes me think that Sam’s pretty comfortable having a laugh with himself and not taking life too seriously, and we saw a lot less than of that with Cat. She even told Freddie that he’s too “jokey” at times, so maybe even this would be too much.
