Ronnie from Love Island has properly opened up about the discussion about his hair

Ronnie Vint from Love Island 2024 has finally opened up about what was going on with his hair on the show. The Ronnie hair conversation was a huge dominant topic from everyone really during the start of the series, because the way he laid in bed was done to not disturb it and people wanted to know if it was a transplant or hair product. Whilst dumped Islanders Patsy and Munveer had previously explained what was going on with Ronnie Vint’s hair, the man himself has just been on a podcast and told Love Island icon Olivia Attwood all about it in a candid conversation.

Speaking on the So Wrong It’s Right podcast to Olivia Attwood, she asked Ronnie about his hair and mentioned how whatever is going on with it dominated the Love Island conversation whilst he was in the villa. Ronnie explained “So my hair, my hairline, if I haven’t got this powder in my hairline’s back in Mallorca.  I use a topic fibre. When I wash my hair, it’s like nothing. My hair’s there obviously, but it just fills in the little gaps.”

Olivia then mentioned how the show never showed Ronnie applying the product and if he asked producers to keep it out of the show. Ronnie explained “Nah, everyone I spoke to about it if they asked me I’d say ‘listen, look,’ – I was so open about it. That’s why I was surprised that the show didn’t use it because it was such a big thing. It wasn’t like I was running off to put the powder in.”

Ex Islander Munveer had previously shed some light on this on the Not My Bagg podcast. In a conversation about the weird way Ronnie sleeps, host Joe Baggs asks if it’s because he doesn’t want “to ruffle up his hair”. Munveer says “No comment on the barnet, that is not my place to say. He’s very open about it. He spoke to the boys. It’s basically hair fiber. The fallbacks are gone and he’s using hair fibre.”
