Um, Joey Essex was secretly rushed to Love Island medics because Grace injured him?!

Um so it turns out Joey Essex was secretly rushed to the medics in the Love Island 2024 villa after he suffered an injury inflicted by his ex, Grace Jackson. Yep, these two are never letting go of their beef.

Since they split as a couple on the show, there’s been a lot of tension between Grace and Joey. They obviously had history before the villa, and when it didn’t work out between them as a couple, Joey said Grace still has feelings for him. He even went as far to say Grace has befriended Jessy just to remain close to him.

Over and over again Grace has denied this, and put him in his place. But still, the feud continues. This all came to a head during the snog, marry, pie challenge – when the two of them had the perfect opportunity to throw pie in each other’s faces and move on.

We all saw Grace volley her pie in Joey’s face, and she really did put her back into it. However, dumped Islander Lolly has revealed Grace hit Joey so hard with her pie, he had to go and see the medics because he’d injured his neck.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Lolly said: “The only thing I did see was when Grace pied Joey, he had to go and see the medic because his neck went so…”

She did add that Joey was fine in the end after his brief trip to the Love Island medics, but imagine! Grace actually whacked him so hard with her pie he needed medical attention! Ouch?!
