UNC is one of the top 50 colleges in America, says Forbes
Born. Bred. Dead.
Forbes has just released their list of America’s Top Colleges for 2016, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill came in at #47 on the list.
UNC also ranked as the #9 Best Public University in both Forbes and US News. That makes sense, since it was the nation’s first public university.
However, UNC isn’t all about undergrad. US News ranks UNC as the 27th best research university in THE WORLD tied with the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.
Maybe most important, UNC has 48 National Championships. UNC Men’s Basketball has five National Championships and 10 National Championship appearances alone, the most recent one in 2016 (for anyone living under a rock).
Carolina’s stunning campus has also inspired multiple songs like “Carolina in my Mind” and “Carolina Can.”
As Tar Heels will say, there is no where quite like Carolina. Born. Bred. Dead.
