Darby was found in North Carolina after Sheykhet was discovered dead in her home on October 8.

Darby is currently being held in the Allegheny County Jail. Friday night, he was arraigned on a violation of a Protection From Abuse order, a rape case and a homicide case. He plead guilty to all charges in Myrtle Beach.

After Darby was charged in Sheykhet's death, the teen came forward and told authorities she had been assaulted on October 3. Darby has also been charged with raping a different ex-girlfriend in March in Indiana County.
