Milo Yiannopoulos is coming to speak at Columbia this semester

He’s the guy who says ‘feminism is cancer’

UPDATE

Do you want Milo to come to Columbia? Answer our poll here:

Controversial speaker Milo Yiannopoulos is coming to give a talk at Columbia this year.

Never heard of him? Consider yourself lucky. This British journalist/entrepreneur/editor manages to piss everyone off when he speaks, and he’s just announced Columbia as a tour date this November.

Some of his quotes honestly sound like a parody, but he has yet to break character.

This is just a small sample of his work, but some of his quotes include “Feminism is cancer” (see above) and “Why are we surprised that Muslims are blowing things up? That’s what they do.”

In a piece he once wrote, titled “Why I’ll probably never be a parent”, Yiannopoulos wrote:

“No one would choose to have a gay child rather than a straight one. It would be like wishing that they were born disabled… I don’t hate myself and I don’t hate my sexuality. (Granted, I have a complicated relationship with the latter.) Nor do I hate other gay men. (Where would fat girls be without them?) But if my beliefs about raising kids get me branded a homophobic homo… well, so be it.”

Whether you want to see what he has to say, send over protesters, or plan a flash mob while he speaks, he’s coming November 16th, 2016.

Check out what happened when he came to Rutgers earlier this year.
