How all of the Perfect Match season three cast know each other and who dated who
This is a serious web to untangle
If you thought Love Island was dramatic, wait until you dive into the messy, gloriously chaotic relationship web that makes up Perfect Match season three. Netflix’s reality dating experiment has once again recruited some of the most flirtatious, fame-hungry, and let’s face it, emotionally unavailable, singles from across its catalogue of shows.
But the twist this season? Nearly every cast member comes with baggage. Whether it’s exes from previous seasons or unfinished business from DMs, this season is less about finding love and more about dodging emotional landmines. Let’s unravel who’s who, who’s been with who, and who definitely shouldn’t be in the same villa ever again.
Alex Zamora and Louis Russell

A fiery Temptation Island flame meets Netflix’s ‘Golden Boy’.
Alex, from Temptation Island season nine, enters the villa fresh and ready to have more fun. She got some backlash for her time on Temptation Island, but as she enters Perfect Match, she has something of a clean slate, at least on paper.
She and Louis date during the show, but his main connection is really with Sandy Gallagher.
Daniel Perfetto and Lucy Syed
Dated and Related heartbreaker Daniel wastes no time in finding a connection on Perfect Match.
Daniel steps into the villa with dating savvy in tow. He flies solo without his sister, and quickly pairs with Lucy Syed from Too Hot to Handle, their bond signalling a budding connection in the early episodes.
Jalen Olomu‑Brown and Madison Errichiello
Too Hot to Handle season six’s Jalen described himself as “dedicated and giving,” per Tudum.
After Madison found a connection with Cody, then Freddie, she later matched with Jalen. He jumps in during episode six, aiming to impress and perhaps surprise with his emotional side.
Madison Errichiello and Cody Wright

Returning to reality TV after Love Is Blind season eight, Madison brings unresolved romantic energy with her. Her journey in the villa adds emotional weight and potential tension. She finds a spark with Cody Wright in episode one but moves on with Freddie and, later, Jalen.
Cody hails from Temptation Island, likely connected to Alex and Olivia as fellow contestants from that batch, forming an insider clique inside the villa. However, he leaves the show in episode two.
Rachel Recchia and Clayton Echard
Bringing a Bachelor Nation reunion of sorts to the show – we have Rachel Recchia and Clayton Echard!
Rachel and Clayton, both former The Bachelor and The Bachelorette contestants, have a history that fans are eager to revisit. Their brief reunion on Perfect Match season three has stirred discussions, especially among fellow cast members. Louis Russell’s public relationship debut with Huda Mustafa, which was revealed during the season, inadvertently spoiled plot lines, leading to criticism from Rachel, who called the timing “selfish,” per her interview on The Viall Files.
After causing a stir in episodes three and four, Clayton ended their connection just a day later, leaving Rachel emotional but thankful for the closure. She admitted to joining the show partly to resolve lingering “what if” feelings following their tumultuous ending on The Bachelor.
Amber Desiree ‘AD’ Smith and Ollie Sutherland
These two are moving over from Love Is Blind to Perfect Match.
Amber Desiree ‘AD’ Smith from Love Is Blind season six and Ollie Sutherland from Love Is Blind: UK have transitioned from reality TV contestants to a real-life couple. Their relationship blossomed during the filming of Perfect Match season three, culminating in an engagement and pregnancy announcement!
Although they’re together today, their Perfect Match journey wasn’t all smooth sailing as Ollie partners up with Justine at one point.
Louis Russell and Sandy Gallagher

These two sparked a serious-seeming Netflix reality series connection.
Louis Russell, known for his appearances on Too Hot to Handle (seasons five and six) and Battle Camp (season one), has been involved with Sandy Gallagher, a contestant from The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season three.
Their on-screen chemistry has been a focal point of season three, though the revelation of Louis’s real-world relationship with Huda Mustafa has complicated their dynamic.
Justine Joy Ndiba and Ollie Sutherland
A Love Island pairing appeared to take place on Perfect Match season three. Although Ollie and AD are clearly an item these days, he previously had something going on with Justine Joy Ndiba.
Justine, a winner of two Love Island seasons, formed a connection with Ollie. Their pairing adds an interesting layer to the season, considering Ollie’s previous engagement on Love Is Blind: UK.
Justine and Louis have also been linked during Perfect Match, which shouldn’t really be a surprise to anyone. The web of connections continues, as Ollie and Freddie were both on Love Is Blind UK season one, but, erm, it seems they’re not the best of mates.
Carrington Rodriguez and Lucy Syed
Carrington Rodriguez, came fourth place during his time on Love Island USA season two. He was also a cast member on Love Island Games season one. By the looks of things, he doesn’t really get a chance to navigate a relationship on Perfect Match. He leaves the show after two episodes.
Hannah Burns
Hannah Burns, known for her appearance on The Mole, has had a unique experience on Perfect Match season three.
She claims that Netflix prohibited her from going public with her engagement, only to have her scenes completely cut from the season.
Olivia Rae
Untangling the web that is Perfect Match season three’s complicated cast list, we have another Temptation Island alum.
Olivia’s from the same season of Temptation Island as Alex. They both arrive mid-season, likely vying for attention and stirring up new drama.
Quori‑Tyler ‘QT’ Bullock
QT, from The Circle, brings social game optimisation into the mix. Her background suggests she’s here to analyse, connect, and perhaps manipulate the matchmaking process.
However, like Hannah, she seems to have had her scenes pretty much cut from season three.
Scott van‑der‑Sluis and Rachel Recchia
Scott is basically a Love Island veteran at this point. He appeared on Love Island UK season 10, Love Island season five, and Love Island Games Season one.
This Welsh footballer has hopped through a whole lot of reality shows before appearing on Perfect Match. His multiple appearances make him no stranger to the dating‑shows circuit, so we can expect confidence from him in season three!
After Rachel and Clayton go their separate ways, it’s Scott who’s next on The Bachelor star’s radar.
Freddie Powell and Madison Errichiello
Love Is Blind: UK season one heartthrob Freddie has everyone buzzing that he’s back on our screens.
Freddie adds charm, but his short run (eliminated by episode six) leaves us guessing his impact. He spent around three episodes coupled up with Madison before leaving the show in episode six.
He revealed on a podcast after the show that he didn’t know who Madison was before Perfect Match.
Ray Gantt
Ray joins from Love Island USA season one, but his stay is brief, as he’s eliminated mid-season, which may mean minimal romantic ties and more of a cameo energy.
He’s eliminated in episode six.
J.R. Warren
The Ultimatum’s J.R joins his former co-star, Sandy Gallagher, on Perfect Match season three.
Calling back his Ultimatum: Marry or Move On roots, J.R. enters alongside his prior fling, creating immediate tension and unresolved emotional baggage.
Sandy was in a relationship with Nick Tramontin during her time on The Ultimatum season three but they left the experiment single.
Juliette Porter and Clayton Echard
@juliettep0rter
This reality TV star appeared on all five seasons of MTV’s Siesta Key.
Known for stirring conflict in Siesta Key, Juliette doesn’t last long on Perfect Match, exiting by episode three, though her brief stint injects her signature flair.
She and Clayton seemingly formed a connection, but it really didn’t last long.
