Following the sad news of Ozzy’s passing, people are seemingly unearthing some vintage clips of The Osbournes.
One resurfaced video is doing the rounds on X and sees Sharon get heated over an insulting comment made about her husband.
While filming reality TV show Rock of Love: Charm School, host Sharon tells Megan Hauserman that she “should not be allowed to breed.”
She goes on to say: “I think that one of you is enough for any country,” before Megan claps back that Sharon’s husband, Ozzy, is “brain dead,” per The Guardian.
Sharon then gets up and says she “feels so sorry” for Megan. She coughs and walks towards her drink, saying: “Excuse me, before I answer…”
She then grabs her drink and pours it over Megan, and security quickly storms the set. Sharon calmly tells the viewers: “F*** with me, I don’t give a sh**, but not my family.”
The two then entered into a legal dispute over the on-screen clash. Reuters reported in 2011 that the case had been settled.
“The settlement came just before the case was about to go to trial on Monday. Howard L. Weitzman, an attorney for Osbourne, told a Los Angeles judge the matter had been settled, but terms of their agreement were not disclosed.”
Sharon addressed whether she’s ‘confrontational’
In another throwback interview clip of Sharon’s, she’s asked by Michael Parkinson if she “goes around seeking confrontation.”
She explained: “No, Michael. I have a philosophy in life. I keep my head down, I’m very insulated with my family, and I’m the nicest person in the world.”
But, she continued: “You try and get into my little world, and I’ll bite you.”
She explained how she’s “not antagonistic,” adding: “I don’t like to wind people up, but if people start on me, then I’m there, right in their face. But, I don’t go around looking for trouble…”
“It just seems that when you’re in the public eye, people have opinions, and I don’t always agree with their opinions. I think I’ve earned the right, at 55, I’ve gone through a lot in my life.”
Sharon added how she “doesn’t carry grudges,” and “says what she wants to say and moves on.”
