Olandria’s admission about being ‘strong’
During Love Island USA season seven’s June 24 episode, Olandria is dubbed “strong” by her fellow Islanders.
She responded to their comments, saying how she’s “had to be strong her whole life,” which left people in tears.
Olandria said: “You have to be. Ain’t nobody here gonna be strong for me.”
The season seven star also told her castmates she’s been single for five years prior to looking for love on the show.
All of this combined had people taking to X to say they “love” her and that they’re left “broken” by her comments.

Throwing it back to 2022 and Olandria was making some big changes in her life.
She posted a TikTok sharing how she was “beyond proud of herself” and was celebrating “new beginnings.”
The Love Island USA contestant moved her whole life from Decatur, Alabama, to Houston, Texas, for a job opportunity.
Taking to the comments, she wrote: “I am so thankful for each and every one of you that congratulated me & wished me well on my new journey. Y’all made my entire day.”
That same year, Olandria graduated from Tuskegee University.
She wrote in another post: “You’re a first-generation college student graduating from the illustrious Tuskegee University.”
In 2024, Olandria also shared a new home she’d moved into and said it was her “first postgrad apartment.”
She began an “apartment series” on her page where she unboxes a new couch and rug. But, it seems Olandria’s home influencing came to a halt and she opted for lfe in the Love Island USA villa.
These days, Olandria works as a sales associate at Otis Elevator Co, per Screen Rant.
