Michael Allio has finally introduced us to his new girlfriend properly after a failed The Bachelor attempt, and we’re obsessed. They met in 2021, became instant friends, aaaand the rest is history.
The Bachelor saw Michael Allio (who everyone agrees should be protected at ALL costs) try to find his forever person, but it didn’t work out. Anyway, it’s fine, because he’s met a lady called Jade.
Michael Allio introduces new girlfriend
Michael Allio has introduced a new woman called Jade to his followers, just a few months after his recent break-up. He claims they met and became friends in January 2021, but that it became romantic.
The Bachelor star said she gets along with his son, James, who they sadly lost to cancer several years ago, really well. Jade works as an aesthetician and make-up artist, while running her own skincare business.
She spent Christmas with Michael and his son, which was part of his soft launch of a new relationship. And while many long-time Bachelor viewers are grieving his former romance, Danielle is travelling!
The Bachelor didn’t have a happy ending
Although Michael was super loved-up with Danielle Maltby after Bachelor in Paradise, they never worked out. The former couple announced a split in September 2023, years after first finding love on season 8.
He told Trading Secrets podcast they split as they weren’t compatible and said: “We’re not together anymore. It’s not what we planned. We threw a lot into this, it’s really awful when it doesn’t work out.”
Michael added that “it’s to no fault” of Danielle’s that they didn’t work, admitting that “she poured everything into this” and saying that he has “so much admiration” for his ex.
