The long-awaited Wicked film is finally here. And it seems as though after waiting all this time people are calling out for more – as everyone is wondering if there’s a Wicked post-credits scene.

I think everyone already knew that Wicked Part One was going to smash it, but it completely blew Gladiator II out the water at the box office following opening weekend. The film has a score of 89 per cent score on Rotten Tomatoes, great reviews, and people are begging for Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo to receive Oscar nominations.

So many of our fav films have given little extra details, or teasers of what’s to come after the final credits have started rolling. Is there anything else hiding at the end of the Wicked film?

I hope wicked didn’t have something after the credits I’m the only one who left 😭😭

No, there is no Wicked post-credits scene

Unfortunately no, there is no Wicked post-credits scene. So there’s no reason for you to be hanging around in the cinema waiting for one. There is of course Wicked Part Two coming, but it’ll be a long camp-out if you wait around for that.

Wicked Part Two isn’t due out in the cinemas until this time next year, but already there are some theories about extra things the second film might throw in. Director John Chu has yet to confirm whether Dorothy will feature in next year’s movie, but rumours of who could play her are spreading.

Part One ends with Defying Gravity, which to be honest, is all you need. We do also get a slight peek at everyone looking at Elphaba after she leaves the Emerald City. After the huge running time of the film, I’m sure we’ll all be thankful of ending on a high, and going home to cry and try and recover.
