The first season of Avatar: Seven Havens has officially come to an end. And after that heartbreaking finale, you’ll no doubt be wondering when season 2 will arrive. Well, a mysterious Paramount+ listing has some fans theorising that it’s coming very soon. The final four episodes dropped on Friday, October 30, and there’s a lot to unpack. Pavi and Nisha find themselves trapped inside the Anomaly’s enormous dome of spirit energy – which is threatening to destroy Ellora. While inside, the twins are forced to relive a traumatic childhood memory, finally revealing what happened to their parents. Credit: Paramount+ It turns out they tried to abandon Nisha because they feared her uncontrollable Avatar powers. But when Nisha chased after them, her trauma and fear created energy that in turn created the Anomaly. And this triggered a rockslide that seemingly killed both of their parents. Understandably, Pavi is devastated by the revelation. But she manages to overcome her own fear, unlocking her root chakra and dispersing the Anomaly’s energy, saving Ellora in the process. The sisters don’t exactly get a happy ending, though. After a devastating falling out, Pavi takes their mother’s stone and heads for the Floating Isles with Jae and Geet, hoping to unlock her next chakra. Meanwhile, Nisha remains in Ellora with Karthik, where she’s finally celebrated as a hero. But with the twins now separated and the mystery of why there are two Avatars still unresolved, there’s plenty for Avatar: Seven Havens season 2, aka Book 2, to explore. Is Avatar: Seven Havens season 2 actually coming in November? Credit: Paramount+ Taking to Reddit, one fan shared NickALive’s streaming schedule for Paramount+ in November 2026 – and it includes Avatar: Seven Havens under its ‘new episodes weekly’ section. As such, they’re questioning (or hoping) that this means season 2 will be arriving sooner than we think. “Apparently, Seven Havens season 2 is on the schedule for November on Paramount+,” they wrote, although they did add, “But it might be a mistake.” Another commented, “Weren’t books 1 and 2 green lit together and they were originally supposed to all drop the whole show simultaneously? Then they moved to batches of 3, then later seasons were green lit close to the premiere? “They could still be planning on releasing book 2 as a companion to book 1, and then grouping the last 2 seasons together also. That would make sense if they’re planning for a time skip.” Apparently, Seven Havens season 2 is on the schedule for November on Paramount+. But it might be a mistake. byu/JamStan1978 inTheLastAirbender A third added, “I could have sworn the initial announcement was that all of S1 and S2 were going to be released at once.” And there is actually some basis for that theory. As GamesRadar+ reported earlier this month, initial reports suggested that all 26 episodes of Avatar: Seven Havens would be released at once. But Paramount+ opted to release Book 1 in weekly batches throughout October. The first two books were also commissioned together, with 13 episodes each, so it’s understandable why some fans think Book 2 could be arriving sooner rather than later. However, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it does appear that this is just a mistake. If you check any other roundups for Paramount+ in November, Seven Havens isn’t on the list. In fact, Paramount+’s official guide still lists the release date for Book 2 as TBA, and its September announcement said that further scheduling details would follow at a later date. Creator shares promising update Credit: Paramount+ The good news is that Avatar: Seven Havens has already been confirmed for another three seasons. Book 2 will consist of 13 episodes, while Books 3 and 4 were officially announced at New York Comic Con earlier this month. And there’s an encouraging update about production too. Speaking to GamesRadar+, co-creator Michael Dante DiMartino teased, “You will not have to wait that long. “I don’t know how these things are going to roll out exactly. The downside to animation is it takes a really long time. The upside is that we started working on this about three, four years ago. So there’s a lot of episodes that have been completed so far.” In fact, the team is already working on seasons 3 and 4, with DiMartino confirming that both have been written and are deep into production. So, while November might be a stretch, it sounds like fans won’t be waiting years for Avatar: Seven Havens season 2. Featured image credit: Paramount+ Post navigation Next story
