American Horror Story season 13 has been an absolute fever dream, but it’s not over just yet. Not only are we getting two episodes this week, but there’s been a huge update. The latest chapter of Ryan Murphy’s horror anthology has brought together classic characters from across the AHS universe, for a plot that involves an aging Devil, a Coven in crisis, Jeffrey Dahmer and a Satanic family tree that is, frankly, out of hand. For such a huge crossover event, you’d assume this was American Horror Story’s swansong. In fact, Jessica Lange and Sarah Paulson were led to believe that season 13 was the last. But Murphy has since told The Hollywood Reporter that he’d like to keep making it “forever”. And given the huge viewing figures, it should come as no surprise that ahead of the finale, FX has renewed the show for season 14. For better or worse. This is actually the first time the show has been renewed in almost seven years. Back in January 2020, FX gave American Horror Story the green light for three more seasons in one go, taking it all the way through to season 13. Of course, nobody could’ve predicted quite how long those three seasons would take to reach our screens, with the pandemic and lengthy breaks between instalments dragging things out. It’s currently unclear exactly who or what the next chapter will focus on. But until then, there are still three more episodes of the 13th chapter, two of which are just around the corner. What time is American Horror Story season 13 part 5 out? Credit: FX American Horror Story season 13 part 5 consists of two episodes. They will air from 6pm PT / 9pm ET on FX on Thursday, October 22, 2026. If you’re watching on Hulu, you’ll have to wait a little longer. Disney’s official October schedule confirms that episodes 11-12 will arrive on Hulu at 9pm PT on Thursday, which works out as 12am ET on Friday, October 23. Things are slightly less straightforward for those of you in the UK. Disney+ has officially confirmed that episodes 11-12 will arrive on Friday, October 23. But as is the case with previous instalments, it hasn’t given an exact release time. While 2am BST has been reported elsewhere, this appears to come from simply converting the 9pm ET FX broadcast into UK time. The safe guess is 8am, but actual viewers have reported the episodes arriving at 5am. So, unless Disney confirms otherwise, between 5am and 8am BST is the safest estimate for the UK release (although obviously you’re welcome to wake up earlier to double check). Unfortunately, because it’s not a simultaneous global drop, exact release times haven’t been confirmed for every country. But we’ve included estimations based on general Disney+ releases below, as well as the definite American timings: US: 6pm PT / 8pm CT / 9pm ET on Thursday, October 22 – FX US: 9pm PT / 11pm CT on Thursday, October 22 / 12am ET on Friday, October 23 – Hulu UK: Around 8am BST on Friday, October 23 – Disney+ Central Europe: Around 9am CEST on Friday, October 23 – Disney+ India: Around 12:30pm IST on Friday, October 23 – Disney+ Singapore: Around 3pm SGT on Friday, October 23 – Disney+ New Zealand: Around 8pm NZST on Friday, October 23 – Disney+ What we know about the new episodes American Horror Story season 13 episodes 11 and 12 have some intriguing titles, especially given the witches are preparing for their biggest battle yet – and the finale is now just a week away. Episode 11 title: ‘Madison’s Happy Ending’ This one puts Madison Montgomery (Emma Roberts) in the spotlight, as a mysterious stranger approaches the Coven and she discovers there’s more to him than meets the eye. And given that episode 10 ended with Ben (Joey Pollari) arriving at the witches’ doorstep, there’s a pretty good chance he’s the stranger in question. As he tells them in the teaser trailer, “I’m not the devil that you know. I’m the devil you need.” But Madison doesn’t seem so sure about that. Episode 12 title: ‘Sisters in Arms’ Next up, Fiona Goode (Jessica Lange) will be forced to confront a family secret, while the Coven prepares to face an enemy more dangerous than anything they’ve encountered before. That sounds rather ominous considering Papa Legba (Orlando Jones) has just revealed Satan’s plan to win his wager with God, which involves sacrificing the witches to complete his 100 years as a human. *Gulp* According to the latest update, both episodes clock in at 31 minutes each. After two batches of three episodes, the series switched to dropping two per week. Now, there’s just one more double bill to go until the finale, which will be a standalone episode.
