  • Lou has been a Content Writer for The Tab since 2023, and will be the Social Media Editor for the 2024/2025 year - her final year of Bournemouth University. She has written a variety of pieces including best experiences in Bournemouth, worst experiences, and local news.
  • Writing is an escape for Lou, but the action of producing, advertising and marketing amazing pieces and team is a passion Lou continues to build and explore.
  • Lou is a full time university student, who works part time in hospitality whilst juggling The Tab commitment and being a Competitive Cheerleader and Dance, recently becoming re-qualified as a Level 3 Coach.

Experience

Lou has been a Social Media Manager, and was recently promoted to Communications Manager, for her competitive Dance and Cheerleading team in Surrey since 2019. Her expertise, experience, and knowledge stems from this passion, and has developed into a joy of creation, whether that be commissions or content.

Education

Lou is a Bournemouth Univeristy BA(Hons) English student who has fallen in love with writing again and developed a passion for media and communications. She hopes to use the degree to develop her editorial, marketing, and communication skills to one day pursue a dream career in Communication.
