I have a huge interest in fashion, I have done online courses on design and have read several books whether this be about a specific designer or a certain towns style.

  • I have created a safe space for those in their twenties (or over) through my fashion, lifestyle and beauty online magazine where I write, edit and publish different stories. We are also planning on releasing a seasonal, downloadable magazine.
  • Having the opportunity to attend and report on Graduate Fashion Week in London was a huge deal for me as a girl who comes from a small village up north.
  • I also did a really interesting interview for my magazine, the first one I had sourced by myself. The topic was burnout and I spoke with Subira Jones about all things self care and university.

Experience

I have written for a couple of different publishers before, one of them being Darling Magazine where I attended and reported on Graduate Fashion Week 2024 in London. I have also written for a local newspaper , Look Local Stockbridge, where I focused more on news pieces. A lot of the pieces on my online magazine are also written by myself, if not they have been edited by me.

Education

I am currently studying Journalism with PR and Media at Sheffield Hallam University. I have just began my second year and I'm hoping to go down the magazine / print journalism route.
