Experience

Elt is the Co-Founder and CEO of the Anti-Racism Initiative, an LLB Law (Hons) graduate, International Human Rights Law masters student, The Editor in Chief of The Birmingham Tab, Co-Chair of The Worcester Black Cultural Association and The 2024 HART prize winner for human rights. He recently completed a political affairs internship and is working towards becoming a human rights lawyer in The United Nations

Education

He graduated with his LLB law (Hons) degree in 2023. He is current completing a masters in international human rights law at The University of Birmingham.
