Following her brand of a natural image, Blake has not publicly confirmed or denied undergoing rhinoplasty.

However, some speculation surfaced online as to whether she’s had rhinoplasty when Dana Omari-Harrell, an Instagram user who runs a popular plastic surgery-themed Instagram account claimed the star may have undergone a rhinoplasty.

In a series of pictures of Blake posted online, she wrote: “A little birdie told me Blake Lively’s gorgeous rhinoplasty was performed by Dr. Thomas Romo in NYC (who graduated from Baylor Medical in Houston).

“Obviously this post isn’t a full breakdown of what I believe she’s had for the amazing and natural-looking glow up. I have talked about Blake’s nose job and her bleph before, but never a full breakdown. Anyway, just wanted to share her (alleged) plastic surgeon responsible for this gorgeous rhinoplasty.”

Blake has also never disclosed if she condemns non-surgical treatments such as fillers or injections like Botox, but at 36, she’s looking as fresh faced as ever. Whether that’s due to surgical procedures is unknown, but Blake is a big fan of facial steamers according to Women’s Health, which may offer a possible explanation for her youthful skin.

Photos of Blake during her time at Burbank High School in California surfaced in 2011, where her yearbook photo from 2002 showed her smiling with crooked teeth. She clearly went on to have braces and boasts the dazzling smile we know and recognise today.

Proving Blake Lively to step away from the Serena Van der Woodsan look, Lively’s previous on-screen character who stayed glam and dressed up at all times, whatever the occasion.

Blake confirmed that she doesn’t wear any fancy day to day make up, instead sticking to the basics. She told Vogue: “On a day-to-day basis I just normally wear sunscreen, tinted moisturiser and nothing else really. Nothing really make-uppy.”
