The best pictures from CFA’s Spring Showcase 2016

The Carolina Film Association held its first annual Spring Showcase on April 22, debuting 14 short films by student filmmakers, some involved with the CFA and some not. Newsworthy (directed by Gunnar Goodway) was the big winner, taking home Best Film, Screenplay, Supporting Actor and Cinematography.
Everyone seemed to know everyone else to some extent, so the praise was flowing throughout the evening, leaving many attendees with memories they will not soon forget. Here are some of the best photos from the event.
