‘My guess is that Marcus Paige’s heart is hurting more than his hand’
Senior basketball guard Marcus Paige fractured his right hand in practice on Tuesday, sidelining the player for three to four weeks.
With UNC at the top of preseason rankings, this news is disappointing to both the players and the fans.
Marcus, a Media and Journalism major from Marion, Iowa, averaged 13.2 points and 474 assists over his last three years. Coach Williams says the team will be challenged with Marcus’s absence, but fans are confident he will return stronger than ever and ready to play ball.

Carolina’s first regular season game is against Temple in the Veterans Day Classic on November 13th.
