Fire at 250 South 36th Street

Two people did not evacuate from 250 South 36th Street after a fire tore through the house late last night.

A fire tore through a frat house on 250 South 36th Street and was evacuated at 4:30 this morning.

Police were seen earlier today investigating the source of the fire, but they have already left the premises.

The house remains evacuated as residents wait for further instructions.

There were two students that were not evacuated by the fire department after the fire and remained in the house until the morning.

The building manager assures there are no significant damages or injuries to report. Ash fell from the ceiling, and as a result one small board has to be replaced.

The house is currently undergoing restorations and cleaning.
