UPDATE: OSU wrestler on Team USA can compete in Iran
Looks like Kyle Snyder will be able to wrestle after all
Last weekend, Ohio State Buckeye and gold medalist Kyle Snyder and former Buckeye Logan Stieber were concerned that they would not be able to wrestle in Iran after they rehashed against Trump’s immigration ban.
As of yesterday morning, Iran has retracted their decision and will allow the American wrestlers to participate in the Freestyle World Cup. The team will leave for the tournament on Wednesday.
