Squirrels, the heart of the Fallowfield campus social scene has managed to snap up the teen for  September 24th.

The bar posted on the event page: “This is not a joke, we’ve booked Azeem to come and play in Squirrels Bar during freshers. It’s took all summer but we finally got him!

“A night of great music is guaranteed (he’s currently learning Sandstorm by Darude) with several acts also performing while we take Azeem for a cheeky Nando’s and then up to meet Tom Alridge’s mum in a certain massage parlour…”

The news has been met with shock and excitement, and disbelief by the 1,000 people that have clicked attending on the event. Second year English Literature student Naomi said: “He should’ve headlined Pangaea.”

The announcement of this night has also been followed by the news that the overnight sensation is headlining a night at the Students’ Union the day after, joined by Californian DJ Underbelly.
