Rosalyn speaks out on relationship between her and Gale Brophy on Members Only: Palm Beach
They're pretty obsessed with each other
I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever seen two cast members that are as besotted with each other as Rosalyn and Gale Brophy are on Members Only: Palm Beach.
They even look very similar, and with Gale symbolically and also quite literally handing over the baton to Rosalyn so she can become the next queen of Palm Beach, it’s safe to say they’re thick as thieves.
Rosalyn recently told Swooon how the pair even met in the first place, as well as opening up more about their special bond.
She revealed: “I met Gale five years ago at a charity function, and Gale and I just really connected, and we have a very special bond, a wonderful relationship. I love Gale. Gale loves me.”
She continued: “When I met Gale, the first thing she said to me was, ‘You are going to be my new queen. You are going to chair events.’”
Rosalyn explains that she wasn’t ever planning on becoming the new queen of Palm Beach, saying: “My ambition was just to enjoy the charity world, meet nice people, find charities that I was very passionate about, and where I felt that I could help the most.”
As for whether Rosalyn knew that Gale Brophy was planning on passing down her title to her on Members Only: Palm Beach, she admitted she had no idea.
She explained: “No, I didn’t really expect it, because I never really had those true ambitions. I really do for the charities what I do out of the bottom of my heart.
“I devote a lot of time to charities that I’m passionate about. And I was not expecting that, but in Palm Beach, that’s very, very important.”
