There have been an insane amount of rumours flying around about Chelley and Ace from Love Island USA, with viewers absolutely convinced they already properly knew each other before the show.
From tracking down Ace liking Chelley’s Instagram posts from months before the show started to wild claims on TikTok, the rumour mill has honestly got out of control at this point.
And it seems the most recent rumours that claims Ace and Chelley have been secretly “married for two years” and even have a toddler together have been enough for the Love Island USA star to speak out.
The most recent rumour claimed: “What most people don’t know is that Chelley and Ace have actually been married for two years.
“Yep—real life husband and wife. They’ve kept it completely under wraps, even from production. Word is, they’ve got a whole toddler together back home.
“Apparently, they agreed to come on Love Island to ‘test their bond’ and stir up a little drama for the cameras. Some say it was Ace’s idea, hoping the exposure could help them launch a couples podcast or maybe get a brand deal.”
However, Chelley has addressed the speculation about her prior relationship with Ace before Love Island USA in an official statement.
The statement reads: “We want to be transparent and clear the air, as some of the rumors have gotten far from the truth. Chelley and Ace briefly crossed paths in New York and later connected on social media.
“They were never in a relationship, never lived together, and there are no children or hidden past. What’s unfolding now is real, unscripted, and could change at any moment.
“We’re fully supporting Chelley, wherever her heart leads and with whomever she chooses to couple with.”
