They are the only married couple still together from season five, but it didn’t come without issues. Lydia’s literal ex, Uche, joined the show at the time, but she was not going to re-read the same book after their former relationship failed.
A Reddit thread has now been created purely on their alleged split, with one person writing, “Lydia and Milton on social media have been very quiet. I’ve also seen Lydia liking a lot of breakup content. They were cute but the age and maturity gap was a bit concerning.”

Luckily, we have answers from Lydia about whether she’s still married. Her wedding ring is still clearly being worn on her right finger, but amid the rumours, people have been commenting on her posts asking whether she’s still married.
She recently spoke out about the speculation, confirming with two words, “Still married.” Last year, Lydia posted a screenshot of their texts saying they argued but he was making up for it because he said, “Of course I want to spend time with you and had dinner planned.”
