This truly cursed item in Dave’s room proves he’s the biggest ick on Love Is Blind
Omg, it's not even a REAL tv stand
Dave from Love is Blind invited Lauren into his room at home, and it was not very aesthetic. There was one particular cursed item that he showed off that we think proves he really is Love is Blind’s biggest walking ick, and it’s essentially proof that he’s not as regular as the other male cast members in season eight of the Netflix dating show.

Dave allowed Love is Blind camera crews to capture his unaesthetic TV stand that simply gives *ick*. It’s black on the outside, utterly ugly and the worst part? It’s bright orange inside! Not to mention there are four beanies of different colours laid on top, and other random things that surely get in the way of the remote when he chooses what to watch.
Inside the orange section, there’s one book, a coffee mug and a wire connecting to a laptop. Somehow, we moved past it too quickly, but don’t worry, an entire Reddit thread has been launched over the ratchet TV stand to give it the recognition it truly deserves. And some people are even convinced (please don’t let this be true) that it’s a chest of drawers without the drawers.
Dave claimed his sister helped choose his white bedroom sheets, but she doesn’t seem to have given her feminine touch on anything else. Cameras also zoomed into his empty cabinets, in the home he claims to have lived in for a year when Lauren went round to see his humble abode. He didn’t even have a duvet cover on his bed or any artwork on the walls.
There’s plenty of other red flags
Well, firstly, let’s try not to avoid the elephant in the room: All Dave talks about his sister, who he lives with. He often goes back home to empty shelves and a refrigerator, but at least he has high standards when it comes to women. Dave ended up proposing to Lauren, even though he also had a connection with Molly in the pods – who he said the exact same things to.
He told Lauren she’s “no longer attractive” after announcing she’s 30, and gaslit two women. Dave proclaimed he was in the show for all of the right reasons, even though he was two-timing the women and essentially trying to crack jokes that simply weren’t funny. He also managed to make Lauren feel guilty for casually dating someone before she met him.
