She’s openly dating someone new and admits she’s been lying to us the whole time, but Kim Kardashian had everyone convinced she gave a glimpse of her beau on The Kardashians’ new trailer.
Who is the man Kim Kardashian was hugging?
Scott Budnick appears to be the man hugging Kim on The Kardashians season 6 trailer. He’s a film producer who often travels with the family while filming the Hulu shows, as part of the production team.
The director is best known as one of the executive producers of The Hangover, the highest-grossing R-rated comedy of all time, and has been working with Kim for several years.
Scott went with Kim to visit the Menendez Brothers in prison in 2024, but has been working on The Kardashians with her and Khloe Kardashian throughout seasons 5 and 6.
Kim has publicly thanked Scott before
Kim wrote a post on X to publicly thank Scott for assisting with their trip to prisons. He is passionate about prison reform like Kim, which has led to them both doing several talks together.
In 2022, they both attended a Criminal Justice and Storytelling event at the Propper Daley Summit, with the likes of Chrissy Teigen. Scott, 48, also works as a volunteer in California State prisons.
Thanks to his advocacy on behalf of prisoners, Scott was awarded the 2012 California Governor’s Volunteer of the Year. When he’s not busy doing that, he’s working on films like War Dogs and Due Date.
